Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Operations Analyst to support
business activities related to Grid and Demand Response programs
and utility contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational deliverables and ensure timely submission of
materials for Grid and Demand Response programs
Draft, document, and improve scalable processes for customer
enrollment and financial settlement for utility programs
Create and execute tools to automate manual processes and reduce
operational errors
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business
discipline preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in the energy or utility
industry
Technical experience with advanced Excel modeling and programming,
or analytic tools like Python and R
Experience in renewables, battery storage, or demand-response
participation
Wholesale market experience in power markets such as PJM or NYISO
preferred
