A company is looking for an Associate Benefits Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Create and administer contracts and related documents for group
benefits products
Provide support to underwriting, product partners, and
sales/service staff
Facilitate operations-based projects focusing on process
improvements and system changes
Required Qualifications
2-5 years' experience in group insurance
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and
Access
Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced
environment
Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation skills
