Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher and Customer Service
Representative for a remote overnight position from 10 PM to 6:30
AM Central Time.
Key Responsibilities
Document changes to orders requested by facilities or
physicians
Coordinate estimated time of arrival with technicians and
facilities
Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED
Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
Must have a private workspace free from distractions
Must have a high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP
communications
