Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commission Analyst to administer variable compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities

Administer variable compensation plans, including payment calculations and quota tracking
Ensure accurate and compliant compensation calculations and prepare monthly commission accruals
Collaborate on migrating to a commissions software tool and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in variable compensation plans
Experience with complex variable compensation plans
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and data visualization tools is a plus
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, especially with advanced formulas and functions
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively around monthly close schedules
