Job Description:
A company is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant for a remote
position supporting the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application and solutions consulting for SAP HR/Payroll,
focusing on various modules
Support the Disaster Recovery (DR) Process and monitor IT SOX
controls
Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of the Managed Service
Provider (MSP)
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, including Personnel Management and
Organization Management
Experience with SuccessFactors and its various modules
Proven migration experience in SAP systems
Strong leadership and technical abilities
Ability to work remotely while supporting the EST time zone
