Job Description:
A company is looking for an Electrical Services Coordinator -
Mid-Level - Buildings - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and dispatching of field technicians for customer
issues
Order and track parts and subcontractors for maintenance and
service
Utilize the SAP service platform for work order management and
logistics support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or state-recognized proficiency exam
3 years of experience in customer service call handling and
dispatching
Experience with Low Voltage and Medium Voltage power distribution
equipment
Working knowledge of electrical power industry standards (IEEE,
NFPA, NEC, ANSI, UL)
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company
sponsorship
