  Assists the location's management in all aspects of the daily tracking system for routes.
  
  Major Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage route start and stop time.
  • Ensure appropriate vehicle(s) used for appropriate route.
  • Track and update mileage in system.
  • Verify customer route.
  • Reconcile daily fares.
    • Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights to supervisors or management.
      • Ensure that financial practices comply with internal policies, local regulations, and guidelines specific to paratransit services.
        • Enter relevant financial data into databases or spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records of route transactions.
          Minimum Education or Certifications Required:
          
          • High School diploma or equivalent.
            Minimum Experience or Skills Required:
            
            • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
            • Demonstrates is a self-starter.
            • Time management skills.
            • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
            • Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.
              • Strong attention to detail
              • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
              • Strong organizational skills
              • Ability to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
              • Customer service skills for communicating with providers and service users
                Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
                
                • Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
                • Office and Para-transit yard environment.
                  • Must be able to lift at least 20lbs
