Compensation Analyst - Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to assist in the development and administration of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate market benchmarks and recommend changes to compensation programs
Assist in the administration of merit, incentive, and bargaining unit compensation programs
Maintain internal job hierarchy and compensation applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or a related field
2 years of compensation or related HR experience
Ability to work independently with management-level staff
Knowledge of HR applications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
