hiring a Manufacturing Helper. The Manufacturing Helper will be
responsible for assisting operators in the facility, handling
material from one department to another such as banding, skidding,
weighing, and identifying. You will be responsible for quality
checks and utilizing the computer to enter information. We are
looking for candidates to grow into other roles such as machine
operators. This role is located in Reading, PA and will be fully
on-site. We are located at 1069 Stinson Drive - Reading, PA
Starting Pay: $17.83 per hour during the 6-8 week training period.
After transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shift, you will receive an
additional $1.25 or $1.75 per hour shift differential. (Potential
to earn up to $22 per hour with a productivity bonus based upon
productivity levels achieved.) Base rate progression for a general
helper is based on attendance. After a total of 8 months earnings
are over $25 per hour. Schedule: Training will be held on 1st shift
( 7am - 3 pm) After training you will move to 3rd shift ( 11pm - 7
am) OR 2nd Shift (3 pm - 11 pm) **NO MANDATORY OVERTIME****PAID
