ABOUT THE ROLEThe People Analytics & Employee Listening team is looking for a passionate and analytical individual to join us as a People Analytics & Insights Partner. In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant to business partners, transforming people data into actionable insights that align with the organization's values and drive informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and presenting data through engaging storytelling, delivering quarterly reports on key people metrics, and driving our employee listening survey programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting abilities, in-depth knowledge of applied people analytics, and a passion for leveraging data to foster a values-driven, employee-centric culture.YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONConsulting and Partnership:

  • Build strong partnerships and serve as a strategic partner and consultant to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on people data to support talent strategies and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, ET and Finance, to ensure people analytics initiatives align with the organization's values, culture, and business objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in employee listening and people metrics, helping business partners and leaders understand data implications and identify opportunities for improvement.Data Storytelling & Presentation:
    • Lead the development and delivery of quarterly readouts on key people metrics, such as engagement, turnover, and DE&I, presenting findings to HR and business leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Present results from employee listening surveys (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys) in a compelling narrative format, ensuring insights resonate with business leaders and drive meaningful action.
    • Translate complex data into simple, digestible stories that connect with the organization's values and priorities.Employee Listening & Insights:
      • Oversee the Employee Listening Survey Program, including data collection, analysis and interpretation of survey data, identifying trends and insights that inform decisions around engagement, culture, and employee experience.
      • Partner with HR teams to design and execute employee listening strategies, ensuring that survey tools and methodologies are aligned with business needs and deliver actionable insights.
      • Provide regular feedback and recommendations to HR leaders on opportunities to improve employee engagement and retention.People Metrics & Reporting:
        • Translate business needs and metric priorities (intake) into People Analytics & Employee Listening solutions (output), including dashboard design with compelling visualizations and storytelling to help guide decision-making regarding Peloton's talent and organizational practices.
        • Regularly track and report on key people metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while providing timely insights that influence business decisions.Data Literacy & Training:
          • Lead the delivery of training sessions and documentation to improve data literacy across HR and other business units, enabling users to self-serve and interpret key people data.
          • Lead the development of guides, FAQs, and other resources to help business users understand and leverage people analytics solutions effectively.YOU BRING TO PELOTON
            • Bachelor's or Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field.
            • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a related role, with a focus on employee listening and data storytelling.
            • Experience serving as a trusted consultant to business leaders, with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and partner across all levels of the organization.
            • Proficiency in data storytelling, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, engaging, and impactful way.
            • Experience preparing and delivering high-quality presentations and readouts to senior leadership.
            • Solid understanding of people analytics and employee listening data, with experience analyzing survey data and workforce metrics.
            • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
            • Experience presenting people analytics insights to senior executives is a plus.
            • Familiarity with survey design and employee engagement tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint) is a plus.#LI-Hybrid #LI-CG1The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
