A company is looking for a Candidate Lead to support their
recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and a positive recruiting
experience for candidates
Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates
and interview teams
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and prepare
candidate-related materials
Required Qualifications
1+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced
environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling
software
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Authorization to work in the United States
