Job Description:

A company is looking for an Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships
Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
Manage data and documentation for supplier onboarding and mobilization processes

Required Qualifications

Experience managing large data sets in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Familiarity with sourcing and procurement technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines
Knowledge of compliance with sourcing and contracting policies
Experience in sales and marketing within a procurement context
