Start your Voyage - Apply Now Getting to Know the Opportunity:Voya Investment Management is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Sales Enablement Team of product owners. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior members of the department, learn about the asset management industry, and contribute to our sales support efforts. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The Contributions You'll Make:

• Help organize and update product backlogs, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and client operations, to gather requirements and feedback for product improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, product training, and IM Lunch and Learns to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Support the creation of product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Assist Enablement team with the deployment of new features and capabilities in Salesforce.
• Coordinate special projects as they materialize for Enablement Team.
• Other duties as assigned.Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Actively pursuing undergraduate degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer focused and a passion for excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
