Job Description:

CareConnect is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes in Westchester County, NY. As a member of our team, you will be at the heart of our client's care, providing personal assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as mobility and transfers. You will also have the opportunity to administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. **Requirements:**

* Be a Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
* Understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality
* Have the ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
* Have satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
* Demonstrate adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
* Be at least 18 years old
* Be able to read and write at a 5th-grade level
* Having a driver's license and a reliable car is preferred.
