Job Summary:

At Northern Riverview Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse
• Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, shaving, and grooming
• Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
• Feed and assist residents with nutritional supplements
• Keep residents' living spaces clean and tidy, and make their beds
• Transport residents within the facility, as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
  Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Successful completion of a CNA training program
  • Current CNA state certification
  • Good standing with the state registry
