As a member of our home care team, you'll have the flexibility to work with patients in various settings, including their own homes.Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized physical therapy plans to restore function and prevent disability.
• Implement treatment plans through skilled therapy techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional mobility training.
• Communicate patient progress and limitations to supervisors, physicians, and other team members.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Ability to work at various locations per diem
  • Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy
