RN Supervisor Job Summary:

Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee daily unit activities and staff assignments. This role requires a strong clinical expertise and effective communication skills to ensure high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise unit activities and staff assignments
• Identify and respond to patient needs in a timely and appropriate manner
• Monitor and document vital signs, treatments, and patient responses
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and vendors
• Lead emergency situations and maintain accurate nursing reports
  Requirements:
  • Current RN License in New York
  • Previous experience in geriatric or short-term rehabilitation settings
  • Progressive nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Dedicated to providing extraordinary care and compassion to residents
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
