We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team.Job Summary:The Nurse Care Specialist will utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care to designated residents. This includes administering medications and treatments, documenting patient information, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to patient concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to ensure quality patient care.Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed and registered in good standing in New York State as an RN.
• Experience with geriatric patients is desirable but not required.
