About the Role:Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and transportation as needed.
• Document resident care accurately and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout the unit/shift.
• Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly to ensure timely interventions.
• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.Requirements:
  • Holds current and valid CNA certification in New York State.
