The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with 3 years of experience working with child and adolescent populations. Knowledge of trauma-informed care is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with trauma-related issues.
  
• Employ counseling and education skills to help patients understand and accept recommendations for care.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and referrals as needed.
  
• Initiate and facilitate referrals for mental health services within the network and community.
  
• Assess and intervene regarding financial or billing issues, documenting all insurance contacts/authorizations.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
    
  • 3 years of experience working with child and adolescent populations.
    
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
    
  • LPC or LCSW licensure in the State of Pennsylvania upon hire.
    
  • Bilingual preferred.
    
    Physical Demands:
    The therapist may be required to perform activities specific to their role, including frequent sitting/standing, keyboard use, and patient care.
