We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and implementing Physical Therapy services to meet the needs of our residents.The ideal candidate will possess a current license and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NY, as well as current malpractice insurance and a license in good standing. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of Physical Therapy programs to help residents achieve their goals
• Interpreting and instructing in physical therapy policies and procedures to personnel and residents as necessary
• Participating in discharge planning and the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants as outlined by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act
