Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing unit activities, supervising staff, and demonstrating clinical expertise consistent with established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate unit activities
• Manage and direct staff assignments
• Monitor and document patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and vendors
• Lead and direct emergency situations
• Maintain accurate reports and records
  
  Requirements:
  • Current RN license in New York State
  • Previous experience in geriatric or short-term rehabilitation settings
  • Progressive nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Dedicated to providing quality care to residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment
