Registered Nurse Supervisor OpportunityJoin Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of short term rehabilitation, sub-acute, and long term healthcare services in the Hudson Valley area.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our residents.Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise assigned nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care and service to our residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including vital signs, treatments, and patient responses.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed, and monitor patient responses.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Current and good standing RN License in the State of New York.
  • Experience with geriatric and short term rehabilitation patients is highly desirable.
  • Progressive nursing experience and supervisory experience are preferred.We Offer:
