Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hope Center's Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met.

**Responsibilities:**

* Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
* Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, shaving, and dressing
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Transport residents within the facility
* Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
* Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data

**Requirements:**

* Must be able to work as a team member
* Successful completion of a CNA program
* Current CNA State Certification
* Must be in good standing with State Registry
