Registered Nurse RN - PACU/ORMain Line Fertility is seeking a full time RN with recent OR/PACU experience. This is a team centered environment that requires someone who can work collaboratively. Our physicians are experts in the field of reproductive endocrinology. Together with a dedicated team of nurses, lab professionals and administrative staff, they provide compassionate, one-on-one care that is personalized for every patient. We offer a full complement of services for reproductive health from male and female infertility and perform IVF and GYN related procedures. Main Line Fertility Center serves Bryn Mawr, Philadelphia and surrounding communities.HOURS: Monday - Friday with rotating weekend/holiday, 1 weekend per month.Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Facilitates effective and efficient transition from OR and PACU to release* Utilizes appropriate body mechanics in moving patients, stretchers, and OR tables to prevent injury to patient and self.* Ability to monitor patient as anesthesia wears off and evaluate patient* Properly communicates any post-op care instructions to patient* Demonstrates knowledge of patient management, including: being available from anesthesia during intubation and extubation, assisting as needed in sudden changes in patient condition, and being readily available to assist as directed.* Prepares and administers medications as needed* IV skills preferredEducation and Experience:* 1 year of recent OR/PACU experience REQUIRED* ASN or BSN* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in PA* Current BLS* ACLS and IV Skills preferredInception offers fantastic benefits to our team (Family members):* FREE employee only coverage option for the medical, dental and vision plans plus FREE basic life insurance, EAP and long-term disability insurance!* Adoption assistance and fertility benefits* Maternity and paternity/partner paid leave* 401k with generous match* 11 Company-paid holidays* PTO starting at 18 days/year* Family member recognition program* Continuing education/professional development reimbursement and time off* Family member referral program
