As a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier, you will play a crucial role in curating an exceptional wine program that complements our exquisite menu.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an extensive wine list that reflects our culinary offerings and guest preferences.
• Provide wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing their dining experiences.
• Educate the staff on wine selection and service, fostering a culture of knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for the team.
• Oversee wine inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of all wine products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and vineyard developments.Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Sommelier in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, including regions, varietals, and current trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fine dining and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
