Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager Client Service - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ongoing client relationships
Implement and maintain client benefits
Conduct analysis of client issues and solve complex problems

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED or higher
3+ years of experience in Health plan, Pharmacy, or PBM client management
3+ years of experience with issue resolution
2+ years of understanding of Rx claim and/or pharmacy claim processing
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
