Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Special Operations to
enhance operational performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Scope and manage projects to drive improvements across various
teams
Develop and maintain operational excellence metrics and
reporting
Create and manage playbooks, SOPs, and training resources for
scalable operations
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position,
preferably in legal or technology sectors
Demonstrated success in improving operational metrics and driving
business growth
Experience in managing operational workflows, including BPO and
vendor management
Significant experience in building and optimizing related processes
and performance management frameworks
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in manipulating large
data sets
