• Step into Leadership: Manage and grow a team, including the Operations Manager and Asset Manager, with full control to drive sales and operations.
• Team Development: Shape the future of the department by developing individuals through training, coaching, and goal setting.
• Operational & Sales Management: Oversee daily operations and sales strategies, with a focus on client relationships, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Full Support & Training: Receive continuous management training, allowing you to refine your leadership skills and progress further into senior roles.
• Progression to Directorship: This role is designed for growth, with clear pathways to advance to Senior Director or higher-level positions.The Person:
  • Experienced in leading Sales or Operations teams, with a proven track record of success in the industrial equipment rental or boiler industry.
  • Capable of managing and growing a team, with experience in staff training and development.
  • A strategic thinker, ready to take full control of a department and put your own stamp on the business.
