Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Manager to lead quality assurance
efforts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor QA team
members
Define and implement a comprehensive product test strategy and
manage testing activities
Advocate for product quality by providing clear quality metrics and
status updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer with a strong QA
background
3+ years of experience building effective QA teams and implementing
best practices
In-depth familiarity with various testing methodologies including
unit, integration, and regression
Experience with CI/CD environments and managing QA pipelines
Experience writing JavaScript tests using frameworks like Jest and
Playwright
