Job Description:
A company is looking for a Channel Sales Assistant Manager to
support sales and operations across various online communication
channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance through phone, chat, SMS, and other
channels while coaching the team to achieve goals
Provide oversight and support for customer escalations, ensuring
exceptional service delivery
Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and
action-oriented work environment
Required Qualifications:
Experience leading high-performing sales teams in an e-commerce
retail environment
Proven track record of recruiting and developing accountable
teams
BA degree or equivalent preferred
Robust experience with CRM software
Understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and workplace
belonging concepts
