Key Responsibilities
Set the vision, goals, and strategy for the team based on business
objectives
Support the team in delivering high-quality technical solutions and
user experiences
Recruit, hire, and develop a strong team of engineers while
collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
4+ years of direct engineering management experience
Experience managing teams that collaborate with product teams and
respond to customer needs
Empathy towards customer needs, particularly for those affected by
fraud decisions
Able to prioritize effectively amidst competing priorities
Experience in adversarial domains like Fraud, Trust, or Safety is
preferred
