Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Program Manager, BizTech Global Ops.

Key Responsibilities

Identify stakeholder needs and technology requirements
Execute operations projects and create data-driven performance plans
Develop strategic plans and enhance customer experience through improved acknowledgment and resolution times

Required Qualifications

9+ years of experience in Operations Program Management or similar roles
Strong business analysis skills with a focus on service delivery management
Experience in managing budgets and developing strategic plans
Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, systems, and automation processes
Experience working across time zones and managing global teams
