A company is looking for a Manager, Producing Sales - FSC.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the sales team, focusing on coaching and performance management
Manage the loan pipeline and ensure a positive client experience
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding mortgage and consumer lending opportunities

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required
5+ years of mortgage and consumer lending experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
People leadership experience
Technical aptitude with advanced computer processing skills
