Opportunity: You will help to drive the transformation of the
Investment Management business into a leading technology and data
driven business. You will work with talented individuals who will

the next level in your career. As the Investment Management IT
Product Owner/Business Analysis lead in Voya Investment Management
you would play a key role in defining the cutting-edge technology
solutions to address the real business needs. The Contributions
You'll Make:
- Act as a voice of the customers - understand above all the
investment business needs and translate them into business and
technical requirements.
- Work with business partners to define the future products and
roadmap.
- Understand and articulate the technology vision and
strategy.
- Ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with
the business goals and priorities.
- Build a strong rapport with the investment teams, operations
personnel and information technology team members.
- Perform data-driven analysis and develop recommendations to
guide decision making.
- Key member of the scrum team responsible for making sure that
development processes align with the product roadmap.
- Manage the Product Backlog effectively to maximize the
delivered value, including developing and clearly communicating
sprint goals and priorities; creating and clearly communicating
product backlog items; ensuring that the product backlog is
transparent, visible and understood
- Define users stories based on customer requirements. Translate
business needs into requirements for a technical audience,
including creating user stories, synthesizing use cases, defining
acceptance criteria, documenting features overview.
- Coordinate and assist in the testing of new products and
features Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in science, finance,
business administration or related field. Graduate degree is a
plus
- 8+ years of professional experience with leadership in
Investment Management technology, business analysis and the
Investment Management business.
- 4+ years of product ownership experience Minimum Skills:
- Experience in the asset management industry with focus on
trading, portfolio management, portfolio analysis, analytics and
data management. This experience can come from acting in functional
capabilities or technology supporting the functions
- Data mining and data analysis experience with investment
data
- Experience with investments platforms in the trading, portfolio
management, IBOR, ABOR and data management functions
- Excellent knowledge of the Investment Management industry
required (e.g. Fixed Assets, equities, derivatives, alternative
investment products, Investment operations, etc.)
- Front Office experience or deep knowledge a plus
- Proven experience in a product owner role in an agile/scrum
software development organization and understanding of the
development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent work items with
minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Capable of
collaborating effectively functional communication to technical
stakeholders, technical communication to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Strong analyst with a thorough understanding of how to
interpret customer business needs and translate them into
application and operational requirements.
- Strong problem solver. Ability to identify where focus is
needed and bring clarity to business objectives, requirements and
priorities
- Business and Functional requirement knowledge (i.e. elicitation
of requirements, planning, documentation, analysis and alignment to
standards)
- Ability to embrace, adapt and lead through change, fosters
effective partnerships and drive effective collaboration with peers

committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable
pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual
base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this
position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary,
Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives,
sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to
reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
