A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacist, Formulary & Utilization Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee formulary and medical pharmacy management operations
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while maintaining high performance standards
Lead updates to clinical policies, formulary, and utilization management processes

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)
Active, unrestricted US pharmacist license
5+ years of experience in pharmacy prior authorizations or related work
5+ years supporting formulary operations
3+ years in a managed care pharmacy leadership role
