As an Assistant Teacher, you'll support the lead teacher in implementing an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that nurtures the whole child. You'll help create fun, memorable learning experiences, while building meaningful connections with both children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of age-specific curriculum and daily lesson plans.


Create fun and engaging learning moments that leave a lasting impression.


Build strong relationships with parents through daily communication and support.


Ensure compliance with all child care regulations and safety standards.


Collaborate with and mentor classroom staff to maintain a strong teaching team.


Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.



Requirements:

High School Diploma (required)


Minimum of 2 years' experience in childcare


Strong classroom management skills


Excellent oral and written communication skills


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
